Voice notes can play through the venue speakers when you approve them, which is lovely for toasts and messages to the couple.
Turn sound on
- Open your event and go to Guests → What Guests Can Share.
- Make sure Voice notes is on, and tick Play voice notes out loud on the wall.
- Click Save.
- On the wall, click once anywhere (or press any key). Browsers block sound until someone interacts with the page, and the wall shows Tap to enable sound until you do.
Each voice note plays once, as it appears.
Keep the room quiet
Untick Play voice notes out loud on the wall. Voice notes are still collected for your voice guestbook; they just don't play.
Tip
Ask your AV team to connect the wall laptop's sound to the speakers, and do a quick test with your own voice note.
