You can download a copy of your data or close your account at any time.

Download your data

Under Account → Your data, click Download my data. You get a file with your account details, events, posts and support history.

Delete your account

1. Under Account → Delete my account, type DELETE and enter your password.
2. Click Delete my account in 30 days.
3. After 30 days your account, events and every uploaded photo, video and voice note are deleted for good.

Changed your mind? Sign in within the 30 days and click Keep my account.
