Download every approved post in one zip file, organised into folders.

- Open your event and go to the Afterwards tab.
- Under Download everything, click Prepare download.
- We build the zip in the background. You can leave the page; we email you when it's ready.
- Click Download (it shows the file size). The download link works for 7 days.
What's inside
- Photos/, Videos/ and Voice notes/ folders with every approved file
- Messages.csv, a spreadsheet of every approved message with names
If more posts are approved later, click Make a fresh one to build an updated zip.
Important
Photos are only kept for your plan's period after the event. Download before then. See How long photos are kept.
