You decide which kinds of posts guests can send, and how many each phone can send.
Turn types on or off
- Open your event and go to the Guests tab.
- Under What Guests Can Share, switch Photos, Text messages, Video clips and Voice notes on or off.
- For voice notes, choose whether to Play voice notes out loud on the wall.
- Click Save.
Video clips and voice notes need the Essential plan or higher.
Set limits per guest
- On the Guests tab, find Uploads per Guest.
- Choose Photos per guest (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 50), Videos per guest and Voice notes per guest. The choices stop at what your plan allows.
- Click Save Limits.
Limits count per phone. When a guest reaches the limit they see "You've shared the maximum… Thank you!". Text messages are 5 per guest, up to 500 characters each, on every plan.
Tip
Rejected posts don't count towards a guest's limit, and you can raise limits during the event if guests are running out.
Note
Turning every type off pauses sharing; guests see "Sharing is paused".
