Upgrade any event from Free to Essential or Signature, before or during the event. The new limits apply straight away.

Upgrade

1. Open your event and go to the Plan tab (or click Upgrade on the plan card in Overview).
2. Click Essential or Signature.
3. On the checkout page, check the Order summary. Add a Coupon code if you have one and click Apply.
4. Click Continue to secure payment and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.
5. You return to Pixloud with Payment received, and the event is upgraded.

Already on Essential?

Upgrading to Signature only charges the difference.

After upgrading

• Raise the limits under Guests → Uploads per Guest; they don't change by themselves.
• Turn on Video clips and Voice notes under Guests → What Guests Can Share if you want them.
