Nothing appears on the wall until someone approves it. You can approve from a phone, so you don't need to stand by the laptop.
Open the queue
- Open your event and click Moderate at the top. The number shows how many posts are waiting.
- The Waiting tab shows new posts first. Use Photos, Video, Voice and Messages to show one type only.
Decide on each post
- Approve puts it on the wall. The post is marked On the wall.
- Reject (✕) removes it. It never shows, and its file is deleted after 30 days.
- Feature (☆) shows it bigger and more often. Click again to unfeature.
Approve many at once
- Tick the posts you want, or click Select all on page.
- Click Approve selected or Reject selected.
- Approve all approves every waiting post on the page you're looking at (up to 30 at a time). It asks you to confirm first.
Changed your mind?
Open the Rejected tab and click Approve instead within 30 days. To take something off the wall, open Approved and reject it.
Tip
Messages that contain words from our watch list are labelled Check wording so you look twice. It's a nudge, not a block; you decide.
Note
Videos and voice notes take a few seconds to process after they arrive. If you see "getting ready", wait a moment and refresh.
